2. No Direct Contract for Travel Supplier Services
I act strictly as an agent facilitating bookings between you and the travel suppliers. I am not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any third-party suppliers, nor for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
3. Booking and Payments
All payments for travel bookings are typically processed directly by the respective travel suppliers or via Fora Travel's secure platforms. I do not store or directly process your credit card information on this independent website.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, my liability for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your use of this website or my services shall be limited to the amount of any professional planning fees you have paid directly to me.
